Our Story

The path to our dreams is rarely linear. Sometimes we have to zig zag our way to happiness. 

Here at Zaggs Coffee, we embrace the idea that in life rarely are there straight lines to happiness. My wife and I founded Zaggs Coffee in the summer of 2022 with the intention of doing something new and seeing where a little risk in life might take us. We have both spent the better part of our adult careers as studio artists and art educators working within the K12 arena of education. We have always believed that when curiosity is stoked, creativity flows. Change can sometimes be intimidating, but if you meet the change with a sense of purpose, great insight can be had. We need to stop and remind ourselves that learning and change are part of growth.   

At Zaggs, we believe a cup of coffee is only as good as the beans used to make it. To ensure the best quality coffee, we source beans from ethical, sustainable farmers and roast them in small batches. Our process allows us to be intimately involved in every roasting batch to ensure you’re getting the best cup of coffee possible. 

Zaggs Coffee is dedicated to donating a portion of our profits to scholarship programs at arts and crafts schools across the nation. Your purchases help us offer financial assistance to promising artists through scholarships and increased access to educational programs at arts and crafts schools. We hope to fuel artists' passion for the creative arts and bring a little more joy to everyone's day.  As crafters (makers) ourselves, we know the positive, life changing power of making something beautiful with our own hands.  

At Zaggs Coffee we want to be more than just a brand. It is our mission to provide remarkable coffee to our clients and support nonprofit art education centers. We don’t just offer high value, unparalleled coffee; we help provide experiences that have a genuine purpose and that allow us give back and make an impact on the next generation of creative arts communities.
